Rocket Rack Process Hex Sanitary 2 Piece Clamps are used to support process piping/tubing in trade sizes 1/2" - 4". Hex hanger base plates are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel and utilize FDA compliant silicone inserts in a water shedding geometry. Stainless carriage bolts lock into the hardware frame for one handed installation. Acorn nuts completely cover the carriage bolts eliminating the risk of exposed threads. Anchor style inserts are provided as standard. Guide style inserts (for greater thermal expansion and contraction) are availble upon request. Attachment of the Hex Hanger is made by threading the Rocket Rod or bald rod to the integral coupling. 1/2"- 2" trade sizes connection is 3/8"-16 thread and 2 1/2"-4" trade sizes connection is 1/2"-13 thread. Process Hex Hangers help meet the requirements for drainable and cleanable in accordance with hygienic principles.
