Description
Sanitary 2 Piece Clamps are used to securely support stainless steel rigid conduit in hygienic applications. Available in 1/2" - 2" trade sizes these two-pieces hangers utilize unique water shedding geometry and are constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel top and bottom plates, blue FDA compliant silicone inserts and assembled with captive stainless steel hardware with no exposed threads. Attachment is made by threading 3/8 Rocket Rod or bald rod into the integral 3/8-16 threaded coupling of the hanger.
Features
Convex shaped base plates are made from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and a geometry to eliminate flat surfaces
Integral stainless coupling for easy, secure attachment of Rocket Rod or Rocket Rack bald rod (field threaded)
Blue (non-food color) insert is made from FDA compliant silicone material for performance in a wide operating temperature range
Captive stainless bolts provide a secure connection of the assembly around the conduit
