Rocket Rack® Flat Rack Slot Only features a slot that runs the full length of the rack starting, 1" from each end, in order to offer flexibility in the mounting dimensions by utilizing the slot for mounting both the rack and infrastructure. Flat Rack Slot Only is used for vertical or horizontal process pipe, electrical conduit, and basket tray runs along the wall or in conjunction with Rocket Rack® Post Mount System in free standing mechanical framing applications. The Slot Only feature is especially useful when aligning mounting to corrugated IMP walls or when mechanical framing needs to be more adjustable in the field. Rocket Rack® Flat Slot Only can be mounted off the wall (recommended 2” – 4” for easy access during cleaning) with Rocket Rod™, Rocket Plates, Rocket Spacers or Rocket Bald Rod. The patented platform features the slot design for agile and flexible assembly and installation, allows for future additional runs or changes, and helps ensure alignment creating an more aesthetic, professional installation. Utilities and equipment can be attached utilizing Rocket U-bolts, appropriate pipe clamps type, and spacers/stand-offs. Basket tray can be installed utilizing multiple hardware types depending on hygienic requirements. Flat Rack Slot Only comes in standard rack lengths of 12,18,24,30" with one continous slot and 36" and 48" with two slots (1" of material between the slots for improved strength in longer lengths) and is made from 2” × ¼" Flat Stock (stainless or aluminum) with radiused corners for added safety.
